    Notice of Permanent Rule

    2023 Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) amendment

    Oct.1, 2024 - Permanent rules have been filed amending the 2023 Oregon Residential Specialty Code(ORSC) by returning the code language in Section R310 regarding ​emergency escape or rescue openings back to the 2021 ORSC language.
