• Banquet Only Friday Night – $50.00
  Only grants access to attend banquet on May 30. Banquet is otherwise included in full registration.
  Option to pay for a personal guest to attend banquet can be found in full registration sign up.
• Conference Speaker Registration
  Free registration for conference speakers
• Early Bird Registration – $200.00
  Register by April 29 for this discount. Enter additional registrants who are attending the full conference from the same company as "guests" under the main registration. Cost per additional registrant is $150.
• Friday Only Registration (Breakfast and Lunch) – $150.00
  Registration for Friday, May 30. Includes breakfast lunch, breaks and all education sessions, which includes eight hours of JP continuing education. (Does not include receptions Thursday and Friday, complimentary beer & wine, and does not include Friday’s closing banquet.)
• Regular Rate – $250.00
  Full registration includes eight hours of JP continuing education, two receptions, complimentary beer and wine, closing banquet, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Enter additional registrants who are attending the full conference from the same company as "guests" under the main registration. Cost per additional registrant is $150.
